I'm going to leave the same review I always do seeing as how Ruby Lane never reads them nor fixes what is broken in the customer experience.Every vendor (except one and he left RL a decade ago) has been wonderful in terms of truthful descriptions of products, reliability, quality of merchandise offered, shipping, answering questions. However - the customer service apparatus is the most confusing, confounding and UNhelpful web experience I have ever had. Been complaining about it for - 20 years, maybe? That section of the website needs a complete overhaul. No one at RL reads these reviews.
