The way to pay for item is a little difficult. Sometime my buyers cannot figure it out and don't buy. The message you receive when you remove an item is negative. We have a business and make a living doing so. We do sell in other places and but never remove an item and have a buyer come to us personally and cheat ruby lane of a sale. I do occasionally purchase an item that I buy for resale and have recently gave you my tax certificate but it never came in time for my purchase of a doll for resale ( I need her outfit for a doll I will have for sale)On the other hand Ruby lane is easy for me to use and I have recommended other dealers to sell on ruby lane and they are selling also on ruby lane now. I do appreciate the warning we receive about a bogus buyer that is vry helpful.
