Ruby Lane/Tom's Vignettes, I attempted to purchase an item and am not too good at this. I asked for help and Mr. Lareau replied immediately to offer assistance. I eventually placed my order, but knowing that some one was there to help, well that means a lot to me. Not only that, but my order arrived within four, and I mean four days including date of purchase. I am still waiting for a purchase to be delivered ordered 18 days ago. I am impressed with Mr. Lareau for his OUTSTANDING Customer Service, for Mr. Lareau has exceeded my expectations. What an example to follow. The girlfriend is pleased with the item, Mr. Lareau made me a Hero instead of a zero with her, priceless, sounds like a mastercard commercial, but it is what it is.
