I purchased a package off Ruby Lane that was delivered to the wrong address. I can't get the seller or Ruby Lane to respond to messages. No where is there a number to calm or an option to open a dispute with a seller. I finally emailed the person listed directly under customer service, but I'm starting to think it is all a scam. I paid extra for insurance but if no one responds it doesn't make a difference
