I love shopping through Ruby Lane. I get many gifts here because the items are unique and verified. Recently the site has changed to make buying a two step process, at least through Pay Pal. It's hard to tell if a payment was actually made. I'm pretty tech savvy so if I get confused, I'm sure others do too, especially older buyers who are used to a one step purchase process. Other than that, I have only good things to say about RL.
