My designer had emailed the vendor asking for a reduced price for my items and I had already paid for the items, I should have waited to hear back from my designer. I emailed the vendor within minutes requesting a small refund and she never responded to my email one way or the other. Immediately shipped the items, a note on the invoice, some acknowledgement would have been appreciated. I usually shop on 1st Dibs or EBay, I find the experience more personal.
