I’m quite sure many buyers would agree with me that Rubylane’s platform could be better, something like eBay or Etsy where the postage fee can be established first and let known to buyers before they commit to the sale. Take me for example. The sale price of the coral cross pendant was acceptable but it slipped my mind about the postage cost that was yet to be established at that point but unfortunately I have already committed to buy. At US$32 for postage for a small pendant, honestly, I’d probably have second thoughts about this transaction.
