The quality of the merchandise is generally pretty good and I feel comfortable buying off it since I know I can return it within a limited time if I get it and don't like it. The checkout process is pretty convoluted though. I wanted to pay through PayPal using a credit card and got a little lost. That's especially worrying because I've been using PayPal for years. Newer users would be pretty lost!
