I have PayPal and an active credit card. Ruby Lane should remember that they need to make sales easy not encumbered with check ins, member numbers etc. Remembering passwords etc is difficult. When past passengers are buying there should be something easier to identify them that makes sales easier. eBay and especially Amazon’s system so much easier to shop. Check out what others are doing.
