I ordered a vintage Brighton Pavilion chair from Black Tulip Antiques on October 2, 2025. As of last week the chair had yet to be delivered. Black Tulip was not replying to my emails. Turns out that they were not getting my emails. When I was finally able to talk with them they resolved the problem with the shippers within a couple of days. I received my chair today and it is in perfect condition. It turns out the problem was with the shippers, Maersk Denver.
