I have ordered from Ruby Lane many times over probably about a decade, and it's a great platform. It's easy to use, RL has big sale events pretty often, and the quality of the items for sale is really high. Listings usually have good photos and descriptions. So far all the sellers I've dealt with have been consistently responsive when needed, good at packing and sending quickly. It just seems like a higher class of seller than, ahem, some other sale sites you've probably heard of. I only experienced one issue when a seller never sent the item I purchased, but after giving the seller some time to come through (and they did not come through), I was able to get a refund pretty easily. RL has a good problem resolution system. Overall I've been really happy with Ruby Lane as a source for vintage and antique items. [p.s.
