I ordered a necklace that was on Ruby Lane site. My credit card is charged. The very next morning without an email or any notice the purchase was canceled. No reason why. I reached out to the buyer this afternoon. And he replied very sorry for the inconvenience. This item sold over a month ago not sure how it got on the site. So now I’m curious if my credit card will be reimbursed and exactly how does this happen? We will see if I get my money back and how long it takes because the purchase took a matter of seconds so no I am not happy with Ruby Lane website.
