I paid and sent the seller a note. Later in the day, having had no acknowledgment from the seller or update regarding shipment, I wrote again to ask about shipping. Well over 24 hours later, I have heard nothing, not even a brief "I'll get back to you soon." Ruby Lane is new for me, this is my first purchase, and it was not cheap. With the holidays so close, it is reasonable to expect an indication that the seller is legit and to know when he will ship. And--I paid extra for rush shipping! (I even offered to pick up the purchase.)
