The daily rewards of 1 cent are disappointing, and the KYC process is frustrating. I received my 32 gems and was eager to redeem them, but after sending clear ID pictures, they still required a bank statement document for approval. That’s absurd. When I finally got my redemption approved, I found out the minimum limit was 50 gems, so my 32 gems were essentially useless. I wish I could rate this 0 stars honestly...
