Terrible customer service experience on…Terrible customer service experience on customer team contact on their Whatsapp number.When asking queries they do not answer helpfully and well and often ignore your query when you ask for information.They should change the person who deals with their Whatsapp questions.This lets down the brand, I have to say this is a massive difference compared to when I contacted another competitor who I will not name, answered questions quickly, in detail and patiently.As a result I will be purchasing Rudraksha from them instead, it is a shame because I saw the video of Dr. Tanay Seetha and wanted to purchase because of this.
