My order placed on Aug 5th was finally received on Aug 23rd and it included two neat combs to soften the delay, which was appreciated..Turns out my delivery address had not registered correctly on the site order form and I didn't pick that fact up initially..So due to hickips rugged's end and a messup my end the order took just shy of 3wks to be delivered..But the products are outstanding and despite my experience I would give this site the benefit of doubt and try one more order, as to be fair mistake happen and I do like supporting startups..Cheers
