Placed my order over a month ago and still nothing arrived. Contacted them via email a few weeks into not receiving the order and they mentioned that a shipment had been lost, so expect a delay or a refund if i choose, but i was willing to wait. A week or so later and still nothing, emailed them and its been over a week with no reply. Its a real shame as the website really caughty my eye, never heard of rugged nature products before but they looked promising, unfortunatley now not so much :(.
