Rug arrived I attempted to not take delivery once I had read the reviews (too late!) This company is not a uk company as they profess but a USA company, they wouldn't authorise for shipping as a return so eventually I either had to lose over £100 for rug while it languished in an UPS warehouse or agree to take delivery of it so arrived and can honestly say its poor quality far less than I would expect for the money!! I certainly would never use or purchase from them in future my advice is buy elsewhere as customer service is beyond poor ie non existent quality is poor and you would have to pay to ship back to America..
