I haven’t bought a rug from this company but I was about to until I read the reviews.I find it very strange that the majority of the 5 star reviews only mention the ease of using the website! Hmmmm!All of the lower star reviews are about shoddy rugs that don’t lay flat, come from America, and cost a fortune to return. Liezl replied “we our based in the USA”I said “are” based not “our” basedLiezl said ‘sure, thank you’I asked ‘why pose as a UK site then?
