Ordered a second rug from here as happy with the kitchen runner so decided to order a matching rug for the breakfast room. All good ordering delivery a nightmare, delayed twice then UPS sent text saying rug delivered when it was not! Checked camera no driver even attempted to deliver, tried to report missing item to them but of course I didn’t have the delivery photo because obviously driver didn’t take one because he didn’t attempt delivery ! Emailed Irugs told to check tracking app! Finally phoned USA stupid guy told me to open my mailbox like a great big rug would fit through my letterbox told 2 weeks ago they were investigating and they would despatch new replacement rug well now over a month since I ordered NO RUG NO REFUND NO COMMUNICATION, disgusting service DONOT USE this company only good when things go ok Strangely enough I’ve had to edit this review as immediately irugs contacted me after reading this review ODD that don’t you agree, saying that they would refund for the rug and when the original arrived I could donate it to charity! I didn’t ask for a refund I wanted a rug to match my original also very cunning plan as they haven’t a clue where the ups driver has dumped my rug and have not dispatched a replacement so just a untrue statement to look like a caring company on trustpilot, I also received communication from trustpilot at the same time saying that irugs needed more information to identify me which again is strange as they messaged me directly immediately after I posted review Please please if you can avoid this company unless you can afford to wait a long time for rug, as I said I did buy one earlier and that was fine no problems however when a problem arises their service is rubbish, they are in USA plus UPS are also not a good shipping company hope this helps others
