Avoid. So many things wrong with this company:1. Rug was advertised with medium pile, but a thin mat arrived with no pile at all (flatwoven)2. Had to send it to Switzerland for the return at a cost of £26, which irugs (the owning company) have refused to reimburse, 3. This turns out to be because they are not UK based at all! They are US based, so this is not part of their business model.4. The return was received by them nearly 2 weeks ago, but I haven't even had the price of the rug refunded. They are telling me I received it 8 days ago. Not true. It's high time that companies using .co.uk domains had to prove a UK base and therefore adherence to UK laws.Disgusting.
