Not great service, but my issue was eventually sorted. I bought an LED parasol (Glow Defender), but it arrived without a battery pack for the lights. I was told a replacement would be with me within the week. A full month later, and after having to send multiple email follow ups, and the replacement finally arrived, the wrong battery had been sent. That said, they did then fast track a replacement so the issue was resolved in the end.
