Negatives - I paid for next day delivery but that did not happen; I ordered 3 lampshades and one that was delivered eventually was the incorrect one.Positives - After I contacted them, the fee I paid for next day delivery was refunded. As for the incorrect lampshade, I had by then left the UK (with the incorrect lampshade which was of a lower cost) but to their credit, because the incorrect lampshade was in an incorrect size, I was given a refund.The lampshades are very nice and while I am disappointed about not getting the lampshade I wanted, the customer service recovery was excellent and I would definitely purchase from them again, knowing that they will do the right thing for customers.
