Broken lamp received, total of £18 postage costs paid

I bought lamp online from Ruma, paying £8 for delivery. Unfortunately it arrived broken, it was packaged in a way which made me think it was someone else's return and the lamp was literally falling apart upon arrival.So I paid £10 to return it for a refund.Total of £18 to not have a lamp isn't a great experience to be honest, probably not somewhere I'd rush to buy from again.
