Shoes took weeks to arrive. When arrived, the garter holding the shoe buckle on one of the shoe is broken, hence can’t use the buckle to keep shoe on. When emailed took a week to reply and sent a very professionally written email and said they would send a replacement shoe and that I can keep the defective shoe. One month later still no replacement shoe and emails unanswered. Shoe is also coming from China, not Sarawak. was
