The customer service is disappointing. I’ve been purchasing this mascara and eyeliner for years, but this time the quality seems different. The packaging has changed, yet I’ve been told I received a ‘bad batch’ with no option for a refund or replacement! Additionally, they struggled to locate my order details initially. I'm quite let down.
