I’ve been going in circles trying to resolve an issue with my order. I ordered two mascaras but received only one. Initially, customer service claimed they couldn't find my order due to mismatched email details. After resending my information and providing evidence, they requested a video of me opening the package, which is impossible since I had already opened it. Now, customer service has stopped responding, leaving me with only one mascara after paying for two. I will be contacting my credit card company.
