I ordered both the mascara and the eyeliner. The mascara is acceptable, but I was disappointed with the eyeliner, as it doesn’t apply smoothly and pulls on my skin, making it unusable. I requested a refund as per their policy and sent multiple messages, but after eight working days, I have yet to receive a reply. I'm frustrated with companies that heavily promote themselves on social media but fail to provide adequate customer support. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
