I was impressed with their online advert with how the lush line waterproof eyeliner seemed to apply easily and not pull at old skin around the eyes when it was applied. So I ordered. My eyeliner arrived today. It's hard and scratchy as you apply it. Surprisingly, my old Kohl "soft" pencil is gentler by far than this Rumi product.I won't return it because of the postage costs. It's a complete waste of £17 and I'm better off with my £7 Kohl pencil. I'm very disappointed, and won't be buying any other makeup product from Rumi and of course, i can't recommend the eyeliner.
