On the 10th July I posted a review explaining my recent poor experience with Rumi. I had been hoping the company would see it and respond. Trust Pilot contacted me to say Rumi wanted my details which I duly provided. I have still not heard anything but noticed a lady called Poppy Hill has experienced exactly the same problem. What is happening with the UK part of the company? There must be an issue and I would really like to get to the bottom of it. Is it AI generated responses to good reviews only? Why is it impossible to contact the company? I used to think it was great for customer service & product so what is wrong?
