This item never arrived. I also received no contact from the courier. I only knew it had not arrived when they asked me to write a review. Funny how Amazon and other companies manage to successfully deliver to me on an almost daily basis. Typical of the unprofessional businesses that advertise on Facebook. I should have known better. Rumi charged me for postage, so I only got a partial refund. Signing their emails with 'love' is very inappropriate. If there was any goodwill whatsoever, they would have sent a replacement. ****************************I have now provided my order number a few times. It was Order EU14612. I was told I had already been refunded. A shame that I was just not sent a replacement product. *****"***************""**It is now 6 weeks after Rumi's response and I have still not received the replacement product that was promised. Maybe their products are great. I guess I will never know.
