I can honestly say Rumi Volume Care + Mascara is the best mascara that is on the market by far!I am 63 years young and for years I have been looking for a mascara that doesn’t smudge and give me ‘panda eyes’. I have spent a fortune trying to find the ONE and finally my mission has been accomplished!!! This is an outstanding product, a little pricey but worth it. It applies beautifully onto the lashes with no clumps and the brush helps to separate the individual lashes. One application works well for the daytime but two applications gives you dramatic lashes with volume and fabulous length. I purchased the black and have ordered the mascara in brown plus the liner that I can’t wait to try.After placing my second order I received an unexpected, lovely email from Rumi thanking me for my purchase and offering a discount for my next purchase as a thank you.
