RUMI have good customer service support, but I found their "Volume+Care" mascara to be just average... They refunded most of the cost, although, they deducted not only the postage (which I would expect), but they also deducted a £5 "refund fee", which is something of a swindle... Read their returns policy very carefully - it's contradictory...Interestingly, they replied to my review, saying that they maintain their return policy, but that they would send me a replacement mascara - I haven't received anything, but it makes the reply look good...
