Ordered goods on 19 September 2025. Have chased several times via their website and email reply facility. Was asked to provide my full name, email address and shipping/billing address which I did but no further communication from the company.Elaine Walker21 October 2025Within 24 hours of my review appearing I received an email from Rumi Cosmetiques advising my order was cancelled.
