I’m a repeat customer, having used Rumi cosmetiques for 18 months and have recommended to lots of friends and family, who’ve also now become regular customers. Imagine how I felt when I received my last order (2 eye liners) and they were both unusable due to them being dry? I’ve used their contact page, emailed them but to no avail. Completely ignoring me! How rude! I’m so disappointed and really didn’t want to stoop to leaving a bad review, but it seems like it might encourage a response. I wonder just how their products are stored as both of these eye liner are complete unfit for purpose. I even had to press really hard to produce a mark on a piece of paper, so there’s no way I could drag the liner onto my eye lid. I’ve used previously but both of these were completely unusable. So disappointing and shame on Rumi for not getting back to me. I thought I’d found a website I could rely on and use forever. How wrong I was! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
