I received dark brown HairMagic, which was too light for my hair. I contacted customer service the next day (an AI bot, evidently) for a refund and was made aware several times of their policy (keep the product; $5 charge and non refundable shipping). Then I was told that my order number, and then email address, shipping address and phone number could not be located. After providing screenshots of their purchase emails, I was asked for a photo or video “demonstrating its color to my hair as proof of record.” A waste of my time of for a $16 refund, although I am still owed. Very poor and frustrating customer service.
