Order 162655 Rumi CosmetiquesSent the following email on Monday 31/3 and have not had a response.Further to that email, I have tried using both products again, the mascara I had to wipe the wand to be able to use it as it was so gloopy, the application of the eyeliner was more successful today however like the first time my eyes are watering and irritated so had to remove after 10 minutes, the first time i thought it was a coincidence. Not at all successful annoyingly as neither product was cheap and to be honest my Boots No 7 serum? mascara is so much better and makes your lashes healthier. Sorry but I,m not happy. Kind regards. Hi, I received my order for the mascara and eye liner but I am most disappointed I,m sorry to have to say. The mascara is gloopy and doesn’t go on smoothly at all, resulting in eye lashes clumping together. The eyeliner is impossible to create an even or even nearly straight line with on my eyelids and then has to be removed. I am so disappointed as the reviews are excellent.
