Rumi mascara is simply the best in my opinion. I have been using Rumi for over a couple of years now, I am 73 and, in all my years, have never found a mascara that lengthens and thickens without unsightly clumps! It builds up beautifully and doesn’t smudge throughout the day. It acts like a waterproof mascara but is removed easily. I have introduced to my daughters who also use it regularly. Yes, simply the best!
