Best mascara ever. I have short fair top eyelashes and almost non- existent bottom lashes. Rumi lengthens and strengthens (I’m 57). So impressed with the mascara I thought I’d try the eyeliner- I wanted a smooth glide on, smudge-proof .. yet I wanted it to stay on throughout the day. This Rumi eyeliner does exactly all of that.
