Serum arrived in a beautifully packaged box. I’ve only just started using it so can’t comment yet on its efficacy. Initial thoughts - incredibly easy to use as the sponge applicator provides better coverage in an initial sweep of the brows than a small brush would. My only criticism is that it is very expensive for the small amount you get and you can’t see or feel how much product you are using, nor can you see the amount going down as it’s encased so I can’t comment on how long one serum wand will last! As with all products that are in a mascara type casing, time will tell when the tip simply dries up. Would be useful if it was in a see through plastic tube rather like a lip gloss
