I ordered Rumi eyelash serum and Mascara in black and also in brown by mistake. I messaged customer service to notify them of my mistake which they instantly corrected. My serum arrived and I have been using it for 2 weeks and can already see the difference. The mascara wond is amazing at lengthening and conditioning the lashes too. I will certainly be reording when I run out. The Founder even Messages me to see that I got the order ok! Great product and customer service!
