Fantastic customer service from Rumi .I contacted them as I hadn't recieved my mascara but I was reassured that it would arrive in a couple of days which it did ! Francis was so helpful ! The mascara is the best I've ever used . I'm in my third one now . I use the black and it's amazing . My lashes look really long and it doesn't smudge . I'm 58 so I've used different makes of mascara and this is the BEST ! I highly recommend , as I did to a friend who now uses Rumi products !
