The order and delivery process was fine. My disappointment is that I have to put at least 3 coats on for it to show I'm wearing any mascara at all and even then it's not that obvious. The Benefit one I used before was instant and a great look but it did transfer under the eyes throughout the day which wasn't ideal, hence me trying the Rumi product. I'm underwhelmed and don't feel the product lives up to the hype which is disappointing. I doubt I'll reorder. Oh and when you remove it, it looks like some eye lashes are coming away too as well as the mascara stain. Now that's concerning.
