Since I wrote the below and received a response a new package was sent which I have now received - no extra cost. I am satisfied. Ordered on 11th June, sent dispatch notice on 12th June. Still awaiting order. appears ot be stuck in Royal Mail depot. On advice of Royal Mail have contacted the sender, Rumi. Received what is likely an automated response / email saying I will receive my item in 1-3 days.10 days later, same situation. emailed again. received the same scripted email. Challenged email. No reply. Will be pursuing a refund.
