Great communication from the company from time of order and after to make sure all was good with the product ….And yes it’s great. I went from using two types of mascara each day to get the desired effect of longer healthy lashes as false ones has ruined mine. This mascara is easy and quick to apply and looks fabulous. Coming from a woman who has used many makes over many many years I will not be using any other going forward
