I made purchase of multiple items, spent over $80 on 5/19/24. On 5/31 I emailed requesting where was my order; no email of shipment had come. Answer came they were out of the color requested for brow pen. I then asked when could I expect remainder; answer did not give any further info. It was an apology for the delay and thanked me for my patience. June 7th (yesterday am) I sent email asking how long do they take to fill orders. I further told them if it has not already been shipped to cancel my order. I added I was certain I could get what I wanted from their competitors within 10 business days. Few hours later I got email stating she has been reassured my order would be packed and ready to go by today. I fired back, "NO NO NO! I PLAINLY STATED TO CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT IS NOT ALREADY SHIPPED! I do not want to do any further business with you!" I got an email later yesterday stating my order was cancelled. I checked with Paypal and my money was showing as a credit. It had been refunded. Update 6/10/24: after Rumi read my review I got an email explaining they had a glitch in their system that left orders placed between 3/18 and 3/20 unfilled and had frustrated many customers. Since they were able to view the order and see that they were out of the brow pen at the time I called it to their attention and the order was STILL not filled after so much time passed, I do not see the relevance of that excuse. They have said they are sending me a free mascara in apology. I am not changing my review, as everything is honest, and I want others to be warned. I updated my review with this latest for complete report of my experience.
