New product arrived quickly and is great - really pleased.Great customer service. I received two mascaras having read great reviews. They were both lumpy with far too much product coming out on the brush. Emailed customer service who suggested a fix which did not work and they immediately offered to send me two new mascaras. I’m confident they will be better and hope to change this to a 5 star review.
