When I chased they used the “small family business” plea and said “they’d keep an eye on it”’even though the Yodel tracking showed it had been at the depot for two and a half weeks. When I challenged and asked for a refund the response back was the Logistics Team would “look into”. Just no acknowledgement of their legal responsibilities at all, total reluctance to issue a refund for goods clearly lost in transit. A total absence of customer service. Don’t waste your money.
