I bought 2 mascaras from Rumi.It's relatively expensive & I immediately found it very difficult to remove the excess from the wand, thus far too much mascara loaded. Consequently it's thick & clumpy to apply. The only solution is to wipe the brush on tissue paper, resulting in wastage each time I use. I’ve found removing the product very difficult, very flaky even using eye makeup remover & end up scrubbing my eyesI emailed Rumi explaining and to ask if I might return the second for a refund.I received a fairly patronising reply, as follows “With this, we would kindly suggest using the second bottle of your mascara to see changes after using it” No refund offered.Their email ended in “Much love Sarah” which is over familiar and quite frankly presumptuous. Disappointing outcome from a company that clearly isn’t about customer care.
