The mascara did take a long time to arrive like all the other reviews which was expected. However what wasn't expected was this mascara CLUMPS and FLAKES, its genuinely awful, especially for the cost I feel bad leaving a poor review, but I felt this was a waste of money, of which we don't have much of these days. I think if you have good eyelashes already it may work, but if you don't you end up with a gloopy flakey mess. Really dissapointing :( Used for a week and gave up.
